My Favorite Exercise:

Abdominal Bracing!

This is the first exercise I teach in Autoimmune Strong, and I teach this one first for a few reasons:

  • You can do it anywhere, at anytime. Standing up, lying down, even in bed!

  • It only takes a few seconds to practice each day.

  • It really works!!! It’s super effective at strengthening the core.
