Hi, I'm Andrea. Just a few short years ago, I was so sick, struggling with extreme autoimmune symptom flare-ups. My doctor kept telling me to exercise- but it didn’t help! Instead, it only made things worse. I didn’t understand why, so I made it my mission to figure it out. Why did my doctor believe exercise could help me? And why wasn’t it helping me at all??
I discovered that there was medical research that demonstrated the benefits of exercise for people living with autoimmune disease. BUT- I also discovered that there was also research connecting the side effects of too much exercise to the autoimmune flare-up.
So… I started my journey to figure out how to exercise safely and effectively, so that I could get these benefits without experiencing the side effects. In my 8 years as a personal trainer, training thousands of people living with autoimmune disease, I have learned the essential secrets to finding the exercise sweet spot.
Now, I live with more joy, more energy and more zest for life, because my body feels good each and every day.
