WHY DO WE OFFER SMALL GROUP COACHING??
I hear this question all the time. “I’m already a member of Autoimmune Strong- so why do I need to join small group coaching?”
The answer is this:
Small group coaching is not necessary for you to have success in the Autoimmune Strong program. All the information and exercises you need to be stronger, more energetic and love your body- they are all part of the Autoimmune Strong program already.
However, the reality is that many of us have obstacles that we have to overcome in order to be able to show up for ourselves.
Perhaps you know you need to get started with your exercise but you simply can’t motivate to begin?
Perhaps you have signed up for the Autoimmune Strong Challenge multiple times, but have never actually participated in it?

HOW DOES SMALL GROUP COACHING WORK?
For 10 weeks, small group members get together via zoom in groups of 3-5 people and an expert Autoimmune Strong coach.
In these 10 weeks the groups cover a wide range of topics.
Here are some of the topics covered:
How to get started when you feel stuck
How to break through the fear around exercise
How to get past the “all or nothing” fitness mentality
How to manage a flare in a way that works for you
How to best manage the stress that life throws at you
Helping you identify your limiting factors and finding ways to overcome them
How to modify the Autoimmune Strong exercises to fit your body’s specific needs

Meet The Small Group Coaches:
Our coaches are amazing! They are extremely knowledgeable, experienced, empathetic and supportive personal trainers. Most importantly, they have walked in your shoes. Both Krysti and Alissa live with their own autoimmune diseases and they use exercise as a tool to manage their own health. They understand exactly what you are going through, and they have the extensive expertise to help guide you towards success.

Coach Krysti Slonaker

Coach Krysti Slonaker is an expert fitness professional with extensive expertise in specialized exercises for the autoimmune population. Krysti is a personal trainer, certified by The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Additionally, she holds Specialist Certifications in Corrective Exercise, Women's Fitness and Senior Fitness. She is currently attending classes through the Functional Aging Institute to further her training and certifications in corrective modalities and pain management. Additionally, she is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP).
Coach Alissa Frazier

Coach Alissa Frazier is also an expert fitness professional with extensive expertise in specialized exercises for the autoimmune population. Alissa is a personal trainer, certified by The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). Additionally, she has experience with neuro-biomechanical training which can be used to reduce pain and increase performance. Alissa is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), as well as a certified Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) Coach and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (licensed through the State of Massachusetts).

SMALL GROUP COACHING DETAILS:
Our next session is scheduled to start the week of April 15th, 2024.
During each session, we offer a selection of class days and times (see below).
Upon enrollment, you will request the class days and times that work best for you. Once everyone has made their group requests, placement will be announced via email.

*When you register, you will be prompted to pick all the class times you are available to attend. We will then assign you to a group per your selection and contact you with the group time and date confirmation.

Cost for the 10 week program: $299*
* Please note: As an Autoimmune Strong member, when you join small group coaching, your current membership will be cancelled and you will be refunded the balance of your previous membership. That means you will only be charged the $299 minus the balance of your current membership.
With your small group coaching membership, you will get the same Autoimmune Strong access to all the videos- and the coaching is the cherry on top!

HOW LONG:
The class commitment is 10 weeks long- enough time to make some serious change to your body. By the end of the 10 weeks- you will be feeling amazing in ways you never expected!
WHERE:
Autoimmune Strong Small Group Coaching is a group support around the exercises that you will be doing on your own. This is not a group exercise class. The exercises will be done on your own, via the Autoimmune Strong video program.
The in person class will meet weekly, via a video conference call. The calls will be conducted on zoom- which is free and super easy to set up (and don't worry, we will show you how).
