Day 29: The core!
It’s our last strength day, so let’s end with my favorite- the core!
Practice the following ab bracing moves:
Beginner: (New to AIS or in Level 1):
Intermediate: (In Level 2 or 3):
Advanced: In Level 4, 5 or 6
And don’t forget to practice your check-ins and breathing work before you begin.
