Hi, I'm Andrea. Just a few short years ago, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and hashimoto's disease and I was in the thick of it. Most days, I was barely hanging on. If I did one too many activities, my body would scream and the pain and exhaustion would wipe me out. But it was impossible not to do all the things! I had a job, a family, a house- responsibilities! I felt completely stuck, miserable in my own body.
During this time when I was newly diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, nobody really told me what to expect. I was never educated about the symptoms I would experience. Nobody told me that symptoms would come and go. Nobody told me to expect “symptom flare-ups”. If they had, maybe I wouldn’t have felt so overwhelmed and scared. Because when my symptoms flare-up and my pain increased, I didn’t know what to do. I had zero tools in my toolbox to fix the problem.
Over time, I started to figure out my body’s triggers- what made these symptoms worse and what made them better. I started to realize that this flare-up cycle wasn’t permanent and that there were things I could do to help myself. Fast forward to today- I have figured out a path towards flare-up management, one that really works. In this masterclass, I am going to share all that knowledge with you.
